You can submit a full paper before the submission deadline. Changes to the author name or paper title can be made before the registration deadline. After the deadline, changes are not allowed.

Please let us know the approximate approval time. We consider such requests case by case. In any case, we cannot wait more than two weeks before the start of the conference. We recommend submitting your paper or abstract as soon as possible.

Yes, you can publish only an abstract in the proceedings. Once a paper or abstract is included in the proceedings, it cannot be deleted or replaced with a modified version.

Yes. Authors receive written feedback after the conference in the form of a Paper Evaluation Report (PER). If your paper is selected for a journal, you may also receive an Editorial Review Report (ERR). To receive an ERR, you must submit the full paper before the conference.

Authors cannot select the journal. Reviewers and editors determine the suitability of a paper for a particular journal. A full paper is required to assess whether it may be suitable for journal publication; an abstract alone is not sufficient for journal selection or feedback. We recommend sending the full paper at least two weeks before the registration deadline.

We aim to publish papers as early as possible. The timeline depends on how quickly authors respond to the PER and ERR and submit revised papers. The minimum stated period is at least six months.

Yes. You may publish your paper elsewhere even if it is included in the conference proceedings. ConferenceFora suggests publishing only the abstract in the proceedings if you intend to publish the full paper elsewhere. Once included in the proceedings, the item cannot be deleted later.

Yes. ConferenceFora states that its journals have ISSN for both print and online editions.

Yes, hard-copy proceedings are available.

ConferenceFora provides written paper feedback and assistance related to improving and revising papers, with the aim of supporting authors' research and publication output.

ConferenceFora states that it does not have funds to sponsor participants. An early-bird discount is available when applicable.

The draft conference program, showing papers and authors, is sent approximately one week before the conference begins.

ConferenceFora states that it does not have hotel arrangements. Participants need to book their accommodation themselves.

An official ConferenceFora invitation letter is provided on request to registered authors or other registered participants. The letter is provided as a soft copy by email. ConferenceFora states that it will make a reasonable effort to assist authors with the visa process, but applicants are responsible for their own visa applications and visa approval is not guaranteed.
